The large open-plan living area is heated by a slow burning wood combustion fire as well as a magnificent open fireplace with all firewood provided. For hot summer days there is an overhead ceiling fan.
Spend your time curled up on the leather sofas in front of the fire reading from a selection of our books, or simply gazing out of the window across to the rolling hills of the Kanimbla Valley.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern European stainless steel appliances, including stove top, double oven and microwave as well as a large fridge and dishwasher. For added indulgence there is also an espresso coffee making machine. Also provided are quality, matching crockery, cutlery and plenty of glassware (tumblers, wine and champagne) as well as copper based pots and pans, roasting pans, plenty of platters and bowls and all the utensils required for cooking up a feast. There is even a selection of recipe books and condiments to help you prepare a gourmet delight.

If 'al fresco' dining is more to your taste, there is a 7 burner BBQ with roasting hood and spare gas cylinder and a ten person outdoor setting from which you can enjoy your meal under the shade of a market umbrella or gaze at the night sky.
The house has a TV with Austar connection, VHS video and a CD/tape/Tuner stereo system as well as a large selection of CDs, videos and board games.
When it's time to collapse, there are 4 bedrooms from which to choose. 3 have Queen beds and 1 has 2 single beds which can be cliiped together to make a king bed at your request. All beds are made with electric blankets, crisp white linen and woollen doonas to keep you cosy.
All bedrooms have bedside tables, reading lights, built-in robes, full length mirrors, oil heaters and ceiling fans. The master also has a digital alarm clock / radio and bed-side phone.
A cot and high chair for infants can also be provided if required.
The house also has 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a separate bath and shower, toilet, vanity and heating. The second bathroom is a two way ensuite with shower toilet, vanity, heating and extra lights. A hair dryer is provided as well as soap, bath gel, moisturiser and toilet paper.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine and detergent, tub, dryer, iron and ironing board as well as a sheltered clothes line.
